Just For Today Group

1.  I woke this morning up in a dry bed knowing  where I am.

2.  I slept like a baby

3.  I'm looking forward to the rest of the day

4.  I am not hungover with the booze

5.  I have no desire to drink any alcohol

6.  I do not regret anything I did yesterday

​

7.  I have glimpses of serenity.

8.  I can deal with many things as never before.

9.  There is love in my heart for others

10. I can now accept my past without fear nor remorse
